Step 1

Select a vendor product / technology focus. To become certified you must pass the authorized exam(s). In most cases, exams are performance-based requiring you to complete specific tasks during the exam to prove your knowledge and understanding of the technology rather than memorizing information.

The best way to prepare for a certification exam is by having hands-on experience with the technology. You can prepare for certification with training at ONLC. We offer hands-on, instructor-led training (ILT) which can be attended from any of ONLC's more than 300 locations, or from the convenience of your home/office PC. See FAQs about our ILT course format.

On-Demand courses are also available for several products. On-Demand courses are self-study, self-paced— ideal if you cannot miss work to attend training or if you want to focus on select aspects. Courses in this format have "On-Demand" in the course title.

Step 2

Contact an ONLC Education Advisor either by the chat feature on this page or via our toll free at 1-800-288-8221 (8:00am to 6:00pm EASTERN). Our advisors can answer questions you have about certification programs, will help you determine the training path that aligns with your career goals, and provide upcoming class dates and prices.

Attend hands-on, instructor-led training classes that will help prepare you for certification at any of ONLC's more than 300 locations. Not near one of our locations? Attend these same live classes from the convenience of your home/office PC via our Remote Classroom Instruction (RCI) technology.
