This course for those who want to know how to use Outlook’s advanced features to manage their email communications, calendar events, contact information, search functions, and other communication tasks. This course is also designed for students who are preparing for the Microsoft Office Specialist exam for Microsoft Outlook 2016. View outline & dates

 

Certification Exam

77-731: Microsoft Outlook 2016

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) 2016 certification exams are performance-based for improved testing of a candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities using the MOS 2016 programs. The MOS 2016 exam format incorporates multiple projects. To help you prepare for the exam, Microsoft recommends that you have hands-on experience with the product and that you use training resources. To maintain integrity, exam content is subject to change at any time without prior notice and at the sole discretion of Microsoft. As such, training may not cover all exam topics. Certification Exam

77-423: Microsoft Outlook 2013

For this exam students should be able to format message content by using character and paragraph formatting, use graphic elements such as charts and tables, and create contact records, tasks, and appointments from incoming messages. Skills should also include the ability to create contact groups, schedule meetings, and share schedules to facilitate communication with other Outlook users. The MOS Outlook 2013 exam presents a short project that the candidate must complete, using the specifications provided. Learn more about Exam 77-423.
