The CompTIA® Network+® (Exam N10-008) course builds on your existing user-level knowledge and experience with both personal computer operating systems and networks to present the fundamental skills and concepts needed on the job in any type of networking career. Attending this instructor-led training can benefit you in two ways. It will help you prep for CompTIA Network+ examination (Exam N10-008), and it could help with a career in networking that addresses network troubleshooting, installation and maintenance. Certified Network+ Certified IT Technician

CompTIA Network+ certification is for networking professionals involved with managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, operating and configuring basic network infrastructure. The exam covers network technologies, installation and configuration, media and topologies, management, and security. Candidate job roles include network administrator, network technician, network installer, help desk technician and IT cable installer.

A CompTIA exam voucher (1) is included with the class.

To achieve Network+ certification you must pass the authorized exam. You can prepare for the exam by attending the training listed below. A+, Network+, Security+ and CASP+ certifications have globally-recognized ISO/ANSI accreditation status. As part of the accreditation requirements, these certifications expire every three years if not renewed.

You can renew these certifications through the CompTIA CE Program which includes completing continuing education activities. Note, if your certification is not renewed within the three years, your certification will expire and you will need to pass the current version of the exam to regain certification.
