Certified CompTIA Network+ networking professionals are involved with managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, operating and configuring basic network infrastructure. The exam covers network technologies, installation and configuration, media and topologies, management, and security. Candidate career networking job roles include network administrator, network technician, network installer, help desk technician and IT cable installer.

A CompTIA Network Plus exam voucher (1) is included with the class.

To become certified in Network+ you must pass the authorized exam. You can prepare for the CompTIA Network Plus exam by attending the training listed below. One exam with a combination of 90 multiple choice and performance-based questions. Exam length is 90 minutes. Passing Score is 720 (scale of 100-900).

CompTIA Network+ certification is good for three years and will expire after three years if not renewed. You can renew certification through the CompTIA CE Program which includes completing continuing education activities.
