Guarantee applicable for ONLC's public, instructor-led training (ILT) classes only.
ONLC must be notified and the student must leave the class by the lunch break on the first class day.
If hard copy materials were provided to you for class you must return the courseware to ONLC—ship materials to ONLC's corporate HQ at your own expense. For digital courseware, a deduction in the refund will result IF the digital copy has been accessed.
Money-back guarantee is not applicable if student cancels or reschedules 14 or less days before the class, and is null and void for a Make-up policy registration, free retake option, self-study course, courses delivered by a partner and any value-add or bonus items.
