This training helps prepare students for two SAS certificates: SAS Base Programming Specialist and SAS Programming Associate. Additionally, the content covers most of a third credential, SAS Advanced Programming Professional, with the exception of macros. Students who wish to pursue the advanced level certification may request the macros slide packet during class.†

NOTE: Candidates for the Advanced Programming Professional credential must hold a current SAS 9 Base Programming Specialist or SAS Certified Specialist: Base Programming Using SAS 9.4 certification to be awarded the advanced certification.
Determine your readiness for the authorized exam by first taking the free practice exam.** Practice exams are available by individual credential. Once registered with SAS you'll have 180 days from activation to do the practice test. You'll receive a report score with performance details and will be able to review questions. Take the practice test as many times as needed within the 180 day period.
