News & Offers

Outlook Software Versions
The difference is mostly a matter of how you're accessing the software. Outlook 365 is accessed via the cloud for which you pay a monthly subscription to access the software. Since it isn't static on your equipment, you'll get updates to the software when they happen. On the otherhand, 2019 and earlier PC versions are purchased outright and installed directly onto your computer (aka "on-premise").

Outlook program features and functions are the same no matter how you're accessing the software (cloud or on-premise). As such, students with Outlook version 365, 2019, 2016, 2013 and even 2010 can learn from these same classes.
