Overview

Administer Microsoft 365 in the AI era. This Express course helps tenant administrators prepare, govern, secure, monitor, and operate Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI services, and agents using the Microsoft 365 admin center, Microsoft Entra, Purview, Defender XDR, Intune, and emerging agent governance concepts.
A hybrid Microsoft 365 administration and AI services administration course for tenant admins responsible for Copilot readiness, licensing, identity, data readiness, Purview, security posture, Intune and client readiness, agent inventory, governance, and operational runbooks.

Who should attend

Microsoft 365 administrators, tenant administrators, identity administrators, compliance administrators, security administrators, endpoint administrators, and AI service administrators.

Prerequisites

Microsoft 365 administration experience recommended. Familiarity with Entra, groups, roles, licenses, Purview, Defender, and Intune helpful.
