These terms govern the text messaging program operated by ONLC Training Centers (Online Consulting, Inc. dba ONLC Training Centers, "ONLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from ONLC, you accept these terms. Please read them, and our Privacy Policy, before opting in.
The ONLC Training Centers text message program keeps students and prospective students informed about their training. When you opt in, you may receive messages such as:
The purpose of the program is to deliver timely training-related information you have asked to receive and to let you reach an ONLC representative quickly.
ONLC sends text messages only to individuals who have given express written consent. You may opt in by:
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any ONLC class, product, or service. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your activity with ONLC — for example, how many classes you register for and whether you have contacted us with a question. Most students receive approximately 2 to 8 messages per month. Promotional messages are limited to no more than 4 per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. ONLC does not charge for the text messages themselves. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any ONLC text message to stop receiving messages. You may also send any of the following keywords: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. You will no longer receive text messages from ONLC unless you opt in again. If you want to rejoin the program later, simply opt in again using any of the methods described above.
You may also opt out by calling us at 800-288-8221 or emailing [email protected]. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from our email list or cancel any class registration.

Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your device, your location, your service plan, and network conditions. ONLC is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or delivered to an incorrect number you have provided.
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please notify ONLC so we do not send messages to a number that is no longer yours.
Your mobile number, opt-in status, and consent record are used solely to operate this messaging program. ONLC does not sell, rent, or share your mobile information, SMS/MMS opt-in data, or consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts on our behalf, and only for that purpose. See our full Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
ONLC may modify or cancel this text messaging program, or any of its features, at any time and without notice. If we change these terms, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued participation in the program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
