Overview

Build useful agents without becoming a pro-code Azure AI developer. This Express course helps power users, business analysts, SharePoint owners, Microsoft 365 champions, and Power Platform makers identify agent opportunities, design safe agent experiences, connect knowledge sources, and know when to escalate to developer or admin teams.
A business-technologist and citizen-developer bridge from Copilot usage to practical agent planning and low-code agent creation, emphasizing agent concepts, Copilot Studio, SharePoint agents, light Microsoft 365 agent awareness, and governance-aware design without pushing learners into deep Azure AI development.

Who should attend

Technical knowledge workers, business analysts, power users, citizen developers, SharePoint owners, Microsoft 365 champions, Power Platform makers, and process owners.

Prerequisites

Comfort with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and business-process analysis. Power Platform or Copilot Studio exposure is helpful but not required.
Recommended prior course or experience: AI Briefings / Skill Sprints, MS-4019-style business-process agent awareness, or hands-on Copilot usage.
