This course is for those using QuickBooks Desktop software which is installed directly on the computer.
QuickBooks Online, on the other hand, is accessed via the cloud with other differences. QuickBooks Online users should instead attend:

Course Overview
This course reviews the basic features and functionality of Intuit's desktop software application. This course is designed to help address various challenges faced by students learning to use
QuickBooks
and will be run on the QuickBooks 2021 software version.
Prerequisites
Basic proficiency in the Windows operating system in addition to a basic understanding of accounting practices is recommended. For individuals with limited or no accounting background we also recommend taking our self-study on-demand class:
