Overview
This one-day seminar is tailored for leaders who are eager to understand the strategic implications, opportunities, and challenges posed by Generative AI. We will provide insights into the business applications of these technologies, address concerns related to ethics and legality, and discuss the potential risks and rewards for organizations.

This is a hands-on class providing executives with experience using AI technologies. Using AI technologies will provide a complement to strategic discussions.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON: Executive Strategy Session
In addition to the core 1-day course, this the event can be expanded with an additional half-day strategy session. (Details below.) This is only available for private group training and is taught by ONLC’s executive management.

By the end of the course, you will have:

Horizon 3: Transformative Opportunities
How might Generative AI radically transform our industry or create entirely new business models?
What long-term visions or "moonshots" can we envision?
Given the long-term nature, what foundational capabilities should we start building now?
How can we foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation to stay ahead?
What strategic alliances, acquisitions, or investments might be needed to realize these transformative opportunities?

Synthesis & Prioritization
Review all the opportunities and capabilities discussed.
Prioritize them based on potential impact, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals.
Identify quick wins (from Horizon 1) that can be implemented immediately and longer-term projects that need more planning.

Action Planning
For each prioritized opportunity, outline the next steps.
Assign responsibilities and set tentative timelines.
Discuss how progress will be monitored and evaluated.
