Microsoft retired MCSA: Windows 10 certification and all corresponding exams March 31, 2019.
Microsoft has introduced new role-based certifications to replace MTA / MCSA / MCSE credentials. Under the new model, Windows 10 is part of Microsoft 365. For current certification options see Microsoft 365 Role-based Certifications.
MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) is a certification level intended for people who seek entry-level jobs in IT. Earning MCSA Windows 10 certification proves your expertise to configure, manage, and maintain a Windows 10 enterprise system. MCSA: Windows 10 certification qualifies you for a position as a computer support specialist.

Once you've passed a Microsoft technical exam or earned a new Microsoft certification, Microsoft will provide you with a digital badge. Badges are web-enabled representations of your Microsoft certifications. Your digital badge is made of an image and metadata uniquely linked to you. This ensures that only you can take credit for your achievement.
You can share the details of your skills in a trusted and verifiable way. You can share your digital badge to popular online destinations, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. It can also be embedded in a résumé, your personal website, or an email signature.
Anyone who views your badge can select it to learn about your skills and verify authenticity.
