Prerequisite Skills for RCI

Taking a remote class is a little different from being in the room with the instructor. We acknowledge the RCI classes are not for everyone. If you are tentative with technology or have English as a second language, you might be more comfortable taking a class with the instructor present. Use the self-evaluation tools on this page to help you determine whether a remote learning environment is right for you.

You need good PC skills for a successful RCI experience. Use the questions below to check your skills.

  • Do you know how to open a file from within an application?
