HOW TO REGISTER

You must register by phone or via our web site in advance
of the class to attend our training.

Submitting a Purchase Order (PO) alone does not ensure a registration—again, the student must be registered with ONLC by phone or via our web site in order to attend training. In addition, we cannot accept walk-ins, and only mailed or faxed registrations will be accepted if prior phone communication of enrollment has been approved.

REGISTER VIA THE WEB:
Web registrations require a credit card or vendor voucher/training pass (ex: Microsoft) payment. (If another format, use the Register by Phone option.)

On our web site, navigate to the desired course outline (available from the course schedule and product topic pages).
Dates are displayed to the right of the outline in the light blue area. Use the drop down box under that class date to specify your training site.
With the desired location highlighted, click ENROLL.
A new screen will appear requesting your contact and payment information.
Type in the requested information then click SUBMIT to be registered.


When selecting a class date from our course outline pages, consider these helpful indicators...

= Class is "Ready to Run" on the date(s) indicated.
It is possible that the class may not run on the indicated date if registered students elect to reschedule or cancel from that class. But, most likely, the class will run as scheduled.

= Class is approaching Ready to Run status.
These classes have an excellent chance of reaching "Ready to Run" status.

= Late Registration Fee May Apply.
If you register within 5 days of a class, you will incur a late registration fee. This fee covers our increased costs to express ship books, late computer provisioning, etc. The fee varies by course.

= Final Chance to Register - does NOT guarantee availability.
The date listed to the right of that line is your last chance to register for that class date. All classes are subject to availability. ONLC classes fill quickly. We recommend that you register as early as possible to maximize your chances of getting the date and location you prefer.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, GEORGIA, INDIANA, KANSAS, MASSACHUSETTS, NEBRASKA, NEVADA (city of Las Vegas only), OHIO, PENNSYLVANIA, TENNESSEE, TEXAS, UTAH, VIRGINIA & WISCONSIN REGISTRANTS:  
Under those state laws, as a business-to-business training provider ONLC Training Centers may only provide training if a sponsoring employer pays for the training.


CONFIRMATION

After registering you should receive a confirmation notice via email within 24 hours. It will be directed to the e-address you supplied at the time of registration. A link will be included in the confirmation that will connect you to a directions page for your selected training location.

If you do not receive a confirmation notice within 24 hours of registering, contact us at 1-800-288-8221 to verify that we have received your registration.

Confirmation emails are also sent if you cancel or reschedule a registration.

PAYMENT

Full payment is due at the time of registration via credit card unless other arrangements are approved in advance.

CREDIT CARD
We accept most major credit cards. Credit cards are not charged until roughly one week before the class starts. Once the card has been charged, a receipt will be sent to the email address that was provided at the time of registration.

VENDOR VOUCHER/TRAINING PASS
As an authorized training center for several software companies, ONLC is able to accept their vouchers/training passes as payment for their authorized classes. This includes Microsoft Software Assurance Training Voucher (SATV), Citrix Training Pass (CTP), and Altiris Voucher.

COMPANY PURCHASE ORDER (must be pre-approved by ONLC)
Company Purchase Orders (PO) pre-approved by ONLC need to be faxed to our office as soon the registration has been made.

PO must include: student's name | course title | class location | class date(s) | accounting contact

Company checks pre-approved by ONLC should be made payable to Online Consulting, Inc. and must be mailed well in advance of the class to our corporate headquarters...

All check payments must be mailed to the Corporate Headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware only. Payments are not to be given to any other location (in person or mailed).

Copy of an Invoice/Receipt
Invoices and receipts are automatically sent to the e-address that was provided at the time of registration.

If you need a copy of an invoice or receipt you can obtain it here: get invoice/receipt.
You will need to enter the student's name (as provided at the time of registration) PLUS the zip code. After clicking OK you should see either:

  • Invoice if payment has not yet been received/charged.
  • Receipt once payment has been processed by ONLC.
    (Though we may have your credit card information, ONLC does not charge credit cards until roughly one week before class.)

Invoices/receipts are available for up to one month from the date of the class.

ONLC's W-9

ONLC offers several savings programs whereby individuals and businesses can save on training. See savings programs.

ABOUT TWO WEEKS BEFORE CLASS

Instructors are assigned to teach at the locations with high enrollments. Once that assignment is made students scheduled for class at sites with low enrollments will be contacted and given options that may include:

  • Attending the class via RCI from the location you originally selected
  • Attending the class via RCI from your home/office
  • Changing your location to the same location as the instructor's.
  • Rescheduling to another class date.

SUBSTITUTIONS/CANCELLATIONS/MAKE-UP SCHEDULING

SUBSTITUTIONS
If you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered, you may send a substitute to attend at the originally scheduled class date and location at no additional charge. If you cannot find a substitute, you will be subject to the class cancellation policy.
NOTE: If the substitute student attends at a location other than the originally scheduled location and ONLC incurs additional provisioning fees to accommodate the substitute student then there will be an additional charge for the substitution.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES (by student)
Because we are shipping courseware for your class in addition to scheduling rooms, assigning instructors, and provisioning computer resources, we appreciate advanced notice whenever you have to make a change to your registration.

• Advanced Notice Cancellations/Reschedules
Cancellations or reschedules received more than 10 working days before the class will be processed promptly. Any payments received are eligible for full refund upon cancellation.

• Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations received 10 or fewer working days before the class will not be refunded and students will be liable for all course-related fees. However, students are eligible to attend the same class at a later date at no additional charge using our Make-Up Scheduling policy (see below).

• No Shows
Students who do not attend class and do not provide any advanced notice will be charged in full for all course-related class fees. Paid in-full no shows are eligible to attend the same class at a later date at no additional charge using our Make-Up Scheduling policy (see Make-Up Scheduling Policy below).

Exception: Individuals in programs directed by the State government will be subject to the cancellation policies that are dictated by that state. See the respective state enrollment application, available from your Education Advisor, for details.

MAKE-UP SCHEDULING POLICY
Students are permitted one (1) no additional charge Make-Up opportunity to attend the class that was paid for, but not attended. Make-up classes are available as Remote Classroom Instruction (RCI) which you will need to attend from your home or office. Review details for RCI from your home or office.

Make-Up classes should be requested more than 10 days before the new class date. We reserve the right to limit make-up registrations based on class capacity.

You may change your scheduled Make-Up class date provided you do so more than 10 working days before the class starts.

Cancellations within 10 working days of the class start date and No Shows will result in the forfeit of the no additional charge make-up opportunity. Students who forfeit their no charge make-up but wish to reschedule can do so with the payment of an additional fee. Please call the toll free number for details.

CANCELLATIONS (by ONLC)
ONLC Training Centers reserves the right to cancel a training class due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other events beyond our control. In the unlikely event a class is cancelled, we will notify registrants as soon as possible. In those cases you may choose to receive a full refund of your registration fees or receive credit toward another class.

OTHER COSTS
Travel arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the attendee. When booking travel we suggest that you obtain refundable reservations. ONLC will not be responsible for any cancellation costs you incur, such as airline tickets, hotel reservations, etc.

WEATHER ALERT
Class delays and cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen factors will be posted on our web site. We strongly recommend that students check our web site before heading out the morning of class to check for any such notices.
ONLC GUARANTEE

There is no better way for us to show you the quality of our training than to try it yourself. That's why we guarantee your satisfaction with all of our classes. Whether you attend the training in-person with an instructor, in one of our Remote Classroom Instruction classrooms, or from your home or office, the same guarantee applies.


If you are not satisfied with our training for any reason, we'll refund 100% of the purchase price. Simply let us know before the lunch break on the first day of class, return any training materials and we will promptly issue a refund.


AUDITING A CLASS

If you need a second look at a class, please contact our Education Advisors about our audit program. The audit program provides one (1) opportunity for the student to retake any publicly offered course that the student previously attended at ONLC Training Centers at no additional charge.

Audit classes are available as Remote Classroom Instruction (RCI) which you will need to attend from your home or office. Review details for RCI from your home or office.

Audit classes should be scheduled at least 10 days before the new class date although we reserve the right to limit audit registrations based on class capacity. Audits are available for classes where the course materials are the same as what was previously attended. Audit students will need to use the course materials that were previously provided.

Courses with new product revisions or revised course materials are not eligible for audit.

If you cancel your audit registration within 10 working days of the class start date you will forfeit your free audit opportunity. If you wish to audit a future class you can do so with payment of an additional fee. Please call for details.
