25 Years of Experience
ONLC Training Centers was founded in 1983 when Jim Palic and Andy Williamson left their positions as mainframe programmers with the Dupont Company to start one of the industry's first computer training companies.

Today, ONLC Training Centers has grown to be one of the largest privately held IT training companies in the US, delivering training in over two dozen centers in 17 states. Although we provide training at partner locations from coast to coast, the majority of our business is conducted in the Eastern region.

Training Innovators
IT training is our only business. As a result, we focus all of our energy on meeting the training needs of our clients. In 2004, when we saw how businesses and individuals were being impacted by the training industry's chronic class cancellation problem, we responded.

We pioneered a solution that links multiple classrooms in a single event. This allowed us to drop our cancellation rate to below 10% (the lowest in the training industry) while still delivering a classroom-based, instructor-led training solution. We feel strongly that the classroom is the centerpiece of an exceptional training experience and created a solution that blends traditional and remote classroom instruction. We call it RCI.

With our broad geographic reach and our innovative, high-quality delivery capabilities, many software vendors seek us out to deliver their authorized training solutions.

ONLC is one of Microsoft's top training providers in the East Region. In addition, we are one of the top Citrix Authorized Learning Centers in the nation and serve on the Citrix Education Advisory Board and have partnered with NetX to provide the largest network of Altiris Authorized Training Centers in the USA.

Business process accrediting organizations also endorse our training. We are one of a handful of companies worldwide to have been endorsed by the Project Management Institute, EXIN (for ITIL service management-related training), and the iiBA (for Business Analyst certification).

Education Planning Services
Being in the training industry for decades, we've seen how enterprise clients have handled their deployment training—including good and bad examples. In addition, as an authorized training provider for many software vendors, we frequently receive pre-release information that we can use to assist our clients in their educational planning.

As a result, in an effort to share that experience and information with our clients, we've created the Education Planning Session (EPS) engagement. In these sessions, ONLC Training Centers' top management will meet with qualified clients and share their current observations related to topics of interest to the clients. This is a free service provided by ONLC to our top clients.
