Our Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of an RCI class, simply notify the instructor during the morning of the first day of class, return the courseware, and you will receive a full refund for that class. It’s that simple.

RCI Increased Customer Satisfaction. Although we’ve been in the training business since 1983, we’ve only been providing RCI training since 2004. Early that year we conducted a customer satisfaction survey and were surprised when we learned that 17 percent of our write-in comments were complaints about cancelled classes. In response, we came up with the RCI solution that allowed us to combine enrollments from multiple locations and reduce class cancellation rates.

Reduced class cancellations. As we implemented RCI that first year, our cancellations rates started to decline. One year later, we conducted the same survey and saw that class cancellation complaints had dropped to less than 7 percent. That was in back in 2005. We’ve come a long way since those early RCI classes. Today our class cancellation rate is under 10%—the lowest in the training industry thanks to our RCI solution.
