The Bethesda Metro Center
is a stair-stepping 17-story building that's adjacent to the Hyatt Regency Hotel
at the threshold of downtown Bethesda. It is a unique address because it is part
of the Washington DC Metro Station Complex located at the intersection of Wisconsin
Avenue, Old Georgetown Road and East West Highway (Rt. 410).
This site is just minutes
from I-270 and I-495/Capital Beltway and nearby neighborhoods include the National
Institutes of Health and the Naval Medical Center.
There is a food court,
restaurants, retail stores, the Hyatt Regency and underground parking that's shared
with the hotel.

From Maryland
Take I-495N towards Silver Spring.
Exit Old Georgetown Rd.
Follow
until it ends at Woodmont Ave.
Veer right and turn left into 3 Bethesda
Metro garage (underground)
The Hyatt and 3 Bethesda Metro Center have
separate elevators located at opposite ends of the garage. Pillars next to the
parking spaces and signage throughout the parking garage clearly direct visitors
to the appropriate elevators. Once in the garage, use the "3 Bethesda Metro
Center" elevators located on each parking level and proceed to the 7th floor
for the Regus suite, #700.
From Virginia
Take I-495N towards Maryland.
At the I-270 Junction, continue right
on I-495.
Exit Old Georgetown Rd.
Follow until it ends at Woodmont
Ave.

Via Metro
Exit the Metro at the Bethesda Metro stop (on the Red Line).
Take
the metro escalators to the underground bus station. DO not go up the next set
of escalators to the street level.
Make an immediate left and walk about
100 yards through the underground bus station.
Proceed through the unmarked
glass doors next to the "News Mart" sign for 3 Bethesda Metro Center
entrance at the far left of the bus stops.
Proceed to the 7th floor, Regus
suite #700.
Parking
There is underground parking at the building (shared with the Hyatt Regency) and
as of 01/08 had a daily rate of $10.00. Parking is at your own expense
