About ONLC's Founders Jim Palic and Andy Williamson, along with their dedicated team of long-term employees, have created one of the training industry's most innovative organizations. ONLC Training Centers has helped solve the cancellation problem for public technical classes by using technology to blend traditional and remote classroom instruction. In the process of meeting their customer's needs, they've grown to be one of the largest privately owned IT training companies in the US.
One of Jim's areas of focus within the organization is operational efficiency. He has authored systems that allow ONLC to easily manage the complexity of scheduling thousands of students and linking dozens of sites. Jim also controls the company's finances. ONLC Training Centers is completely debt-free and funds all growth internally. The company survived the training industry downturn from 2001 to 2006 in large part because of Jim's skilled stewardship. Andy
Williamson Andy has given numerous talks at national training conferences and most recently presented at the ITTC conference in Newport, RI where he evangelized the company's Remote Classroom Instruction (RCI) methodology to training industry peers. Andy helped drive ONLC's geographic expansion and is the primary
relationship manager for the company's key strategic partnerships with software
vendors such as Microsoft and Citrix.
