ONLC's Remote Deskside Support (RDS)

Sometimes a small block of time with a consultant is all you need to get you started, solve a problem, or implement something you saw in a class.

With ONLC's Remote Deskside Support (RDS) option you can schedule a time to work directly with one of our product specialists!

Available Topics

We make Remote Deskside Support available for these end-user / business applications:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office / Office 365 Applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Power BI
  • SharePoint


To work with a Remote Deskside Support specialist all you need is:

  • The product software (free trial or purchased version) on your computer
  • Internet connection
  • Either speakers and microphone, headset with microphone, or a speakerphone


We'll pair you with a subject matter specialist to help you with the task at hand. During the sessions you can view the instructor’s screen or they can see your screen and walk you through training and steps for solving a specific issue.

Specialist time can be purchased in increments of 2 to 20 hours—see table below. Note, time working with a specialist must be at least 1 hour per session.

Notes:

  • Scheduled support time is a minimum of 1 hour per session.

  • Deskside Support hours are good for 90 days from date of purchase.

  • If additional hours are purchased within the 90 days, any unused original hours will be given the expiration date of the new hours.
