Scrum Master Certified Course Outline

Overview
The two-day Scrum Master Certified training program, accredited by SCRUMstudy, provides an in-depth understanding of the Scrum framework as well as the components, roles and processes of Scrum. Students finish the course prepared to take the Scrum Master Certification exam and implement Scrum in their organizations.

Who Should Attend?
Anyone interested in learning how to implement and run Scrum in their organization and desiring to become certified as a Scrum Master. This includes Scrum team members, Product Owners, Product Managers, Project Sponsors, programmers, designers, testers, software engineers, and business executives.

Prerequisites
None. General background with software development and project management concepts helpful. Scrum Developer Certified status helpful but not required.

Practice Exam
Students will receive a key to set up their exam. This key provides them access to a series of e-learning segments, each with practice questions, as well as a “starter” exam called SMC Fundamentals. We recommend students also join the ScrumStudy LinkedIn group. This group maintains a history of hundreds of practice questions, so going through the group history will provide the student with a good feel for the exam questions.

Certification Exam Voucher Included!
A voucher for the exam is included with your class! The Scrum Master exam is online proctored. Students are given 100 multiple choice questions with a time limit of 120 minutes.
