Overview
This 1-day class provides an overview of GitHub the web-based version control repository hosting service. The students will learn and use hands-on labs to experience what GitHub is, and how it is used. They will create, edit and share files, create and share projects, learn to use and create pull-requests and branches. Students will create their own GitHub repository to control who has access to their projects. They can then use their repository after class has ended, for practice.
