You may take this course at any time, there are no set dates. This On-Demand (self-study) training course includes expert lectures, demonstrations and lab exercises that cover the same content that is included in our instructor-led (ILT) class.(Applicable State and Local taxes may be added for On-Demand purchases, depending on your location.)
This two-day course is designed for the beginner Tableau user. It will help you understand and use the basic techniques for creating visualizations and combining them in interactive dashboards. This course is taught using Tableau version 10 software. However, the class is appropriate for users of version 9.
Before attending this course, students should have experience using Microsoft Excel.
What You Need to Take this Training
You must have the product software (free trial or purchased version) on your computer and a high-speed internet connection. We highly recommend the use of two screens so you can view the instructor's presentation on a screen that's separate and alongside the screen you will be using to complete the labs.
