About This Course
This Online On-Demand (self-study) training course provides a 30,000-foot overview of the major topics in the IT Industry. Online videos include lectures and demonstrations. You will be able to follow along and watch the presentations to gain a high-level understanding of the concepts related to IT Infrastructure, Programming and Systems Development, and Security. It is important to note that unlike our in-depth On-Demand offerings, this IT Landscape bundle does not include hands-on labs or any certification exams. If you need to do labs and/or take related exams, see links below each major topic in the outline. You will be able to access the course from any device, provided you have internet access.
Course Overview
This overview class takes content from the following courses:
CompTIA A+: Your successful computer career can start with this course, or it can serve as proof of your computer hardware and operating system knowledge as a professional already in your field.
Agile Master: Training provides students with an Agile overview. It also helps students to understand lean software development, understand Kanban, get an introduction to Scrum, understand XP software development, and learn about other Agile models.
CyberSec First Responder: Students will prepare to analyze threats, design secure computing and network environments, proactively defend networks, and respond/investigate cybersecurity incidents.
Python Fundamentals: This course will teach students about installing and configuring Python, syntax, importing, statements, types, strings, booleans, files, lists, tuples, comprehensions, functions, and classes.
