Overview
This course “Introduction to Microsoft Dynamics® CRM", is intended to teach the skills needed to perform standard functions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This includes features of the application, as well as some “best practices” and some common usage procedures.

Version Note
This course is applicable for individuals running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, 2015 or 2016 on the desktop and for CRM Online.

Audience
The intended audience for the course is users who have little or no experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or perhaps have some level of experience with other CRM software applications.

In this module I went through a brief overview of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We covered the basic functional areas such as sales, marketing, and client care. We discussed deployment options of on-premise, online and even partner hosted. We discussed the difference between forms, fields, entities and records. We also discussed the entity relationship model and security as well as navigation. In the next module I'll cover working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
