Microsoft Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) Project Management Course Outline
This class is not eligible for payment through Software Assurance Vouchers funded by Microsoft.
This three-day course is designed to teach project managers how to effectively manage projects and resources in the Project Server/Project Online environment. Participants will learn how to initiate proposals and projects in the Project Web App (PWA), collaborate with project sites, interact with display grids in the Project and Resource centers, and manage task and timesheet updates. Demand Management and reporting in the BI Center will also be covered.

To ensure your success, we recommend you have some working knowledge of your computers operating system, Microsoft Project Professional and the Office Suite.
This class is taught using Project Server 2016. However, this course is appropriate for users of Project Server 2013 or 2016 or Project Online.
