This hands-on course is designed for users who want to leverage QuickBooks Online’s Projects feature for tracking job profitability, managing client work, and improving financial visibility. Whether you're a contractor managing multiple jobs, a consultant juggling billable projects, or a small business owner seeking clearer insights, this course will show you how to structure your workflow using job costing principles inside QuickBooks Online.
You'll learn how to set up customers, vendors, and contractors for accurate cost allocation, enter and assign transactions, generate project reports, and export key financial data to Excel for enhanced analysis and charting.
Participants should have completed either
QuickBooks Online Level 1: Fundamentals Track 
or QuickBooks Online Level 1: Fast Track , --OR-- possess equivalent hands-on experience. A working knowledge of income and expense tracking in QuickBooks Online is required. Familiarity with basic accounting concepts.
