MPP courses teach conceptual and technical skills on emerging technologies like IT Support. MPP is complementary to Microsoft's certification programs (e.g. MCSA, MCSE), and today's job market has a need for both.
MPP courses are self-study, on-demand. They contain instructional videos, hands-on labs and assessments to ensure students master the new skills for that field. All course materials and graded assignments are online. For this curriculum students can expect to spend 8-16 hours per course.
NOTE: To earn the official IT Support MPP certificate you must complete a final capstone project. The capstone project is offered and reviewed by a third-party. The verified certificate for the capstone project must be purchased directly from that third-party.

The MPP concludes with a capstone project that must be completed and passed in order to earn the official IT Support MPP certificate. The project takes the form of a challenge that is tested and scored to determine your grade. The verified certificate for the capstone course must be purchased directly from that source.
