Microsoft Office 2010: Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word Training Classes

 

Microsoft Office 2010, offers rich and powerful new ways that you can deliver your best work from your computer, a Windows Mobile-based Smartphone or even via a Web browser. Some of the new features in version 2010 include enhanced and easy-to-use tools, customizable templates, color schemes, and photo-editing capabilities. You can access your files from almost anywhere, and with the co-authoring experience you can work with people from different locations at the same time.

No matter what version of Microsoft Office you have, ONLC has the computer training classes to help you to get the most productivity from your software. Whether you are using Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio or Word, you'll find the classes you need at ONLC. Additionally, you can use this training to help prepare for Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.

Our public schedule for version 2010 is below with class levels ranging for those new to the Office applications on up through Programming with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for some titles.

For the exam you should be familiar with and know how to use at least 80% of the features and capabilities of Microsoft Office Word 2010. The core-level user should be able to use Microsoft Office Word 2010 to create and edit professional-looking documents for a variety of purposes and situations. For this exam students should be able to format message content by using character and paragraph formatting, use graphic elements such as charts and tables, and create contact records, tasks, and appointments from incoming messages. Skills should also include the ability to create contact groups, schedule meetings, and share schedules to facilitate communication with other Outlook users. 77-883: Microsoft PowerPoint 2010

For this exam students should be able to create complex slide shows, such as product plans, reports, and marketing materials. Develop slide shows from custom templates and frequently reuse slides. Create slides that include sophisticated data presented in visual formats and know how to pause and move back and forth in slide shows, jump to specific slides, drill down to supporting data, and mark up slides.
