Our Culture. We
have created a unique culture where we treat employees like customers and attempt to seek
a balance between work and family. Employees feel a great sense of loyalty and
responsibility to the company.
Creating a Learning Organization. We learn from each other and from our clients. We have a flat organization that requires that each individual take responsibility for themselves.
Building a Sense of Community.
Businesses are really just a web of relationships between people. We help build these
relationships by encouraging an informal work atmosphere and by creating many
opportunities for people to meet socially.
Emphasizing Cooperation Over Competition. Fear is one of the biggest barriers to learning. We create an environment that is supportive and cooperative to help make people feel like it is safe to make mistakes.
