Philosophy:
Creating a Community
"Online has such a unique culture. I've never worked anywhere before where I felt so much at home. There are so many opportunities to get to know people from other departments. We have project teams, lunchtime socials, and company parties. It's nice to get to know the people you work with. It makes you really enjoy coming to work every day."

Online is a Web of Relationships
We're a growing company, but, we're still small
enough that we all take part in the Online community.
Online Consulting is a web of relationships between the people who work here. We value an informal and friendly atmosphere. We demonstrate this by our "dress code" (jeans fit right in) and by our pool table in our corporate headquarters.
At many companies, a lot of important conversation takes place around the water cooler or in the hallway. At Online, we use our Intranet-based "electronic hallway" to provide a place where anyone can post any type of questions about our company, participate in decision making, or provide others with information. The "kudos" section of our Intranet allows us to publicly acknowledge the accomplishments of our peers.
We need to enjoy what we do to work effectively, so we have a high tolerance for fun at
Online. It makes a difference in our attitude. Some people say all it takes is good food
to get us together. With pizza parties, breakfasts, birthday cakes, monthly
theme-related lunches, and other social events there's always something to celebrate.
Overall, we try to create an environment where people can fulfill personal and career goals, yet be a part of something bigger.
