Philosophy:
Emphasizing Cooperation
"When I first heard about dialogue, my first thought was, 'this will never work.' I thought I'd have to listen to Yanni to prepare before I tried it. I was a real skeptic, but now I'm one of the strongest supporters of dialogue."

Mistakes are Learning Opportunities
At other companies, the overemphasis on competition makes looking good more important than being good. The resulting fear of not looking good is one of the greatest enemies of learning.
To learn, we need to acknowledge that
there is something we don't know and to perform activities that we have not mastered. Our
work groups encourage cooperation between team members.
We have the opportunity to work on special project teams. These teams provide space for a high level of self-expression and creativity while giving individuals the opportunity to share leadership responsibility in the company.
We work to build trust between all players. We strive to create a supportive environment where individuals feel safe, free to make mistakes and to strive for greatness.
