This course is ideal for trainers and presenters from all industries to improve their presentation skills. It offers the additional benefit of fulfilling the presentation skills component as mandated by Microsoft for MCT and CompTIA for CTT+ certification.

This course covers how to prepare for a class, how to deliver presentations (body language, eye contact, voice, presenting concepts, active listening, managing difficult behaviors, and answering questions), getting feedback and evaluations.
Novice to experienced trainers, plus business presenters will benefit from this skills workshop.

Attending our instructor-led course is the most thorough means for improving your presentation skills and satisfying the Microsoft MCT presentation skills requirement. We offer these additional options to complement the class and as an alternative to instructor-led training...

• Train the Trainer CD
  Complement our Train the Trainer course with the companion video CD. The video contains clips of an experienced instructor presenting this material plus segments from an actual class as they work through the labs. The video is an excellent prep tool for instructors who are tasked to present this course. It is also a perfect alternative for individuals who want to prepare for the CTT+ certification exam, but are unable to attend an instructor-led class. Order the CD
• Video Review
  CTT+ certification requires a video submission as part of their certification process. Videotape your presentation and our CTT+ instructor will review your the tape for compliance with the 14 competencies. The individual must demonstrate ability in all areas. The cost of the video review is $175. If someone does not demonstrate ability in a specific area, our instructor will consult with them personally to determine understanding or will request that the individual resubmit a new video for the areas in question. A fee of $75 is charged for resubmissions. Assuming the individual demonstrates ability and understanding of all competencies, they will receive electronic notification from Online Consulting that they have met the standards for teaching MCT platform skills.
