Instructor Site

Some people like the convenience of remote training. We believe the classroom is the centerpiece of a great learning experience. Many people feel comfortable with conferencing technology that brings that classroom experience to our remote locations.

Others prefer being in the instructor's classroom. However, other individuals want the increased intimacy that results from being face-to-face with the instructor. Our RCI training model can accommodate that as well. Almost all of our RCI classes originate in a traditional classroom where students are present with the instructor. If you are willing to travel, we can help you get to the instructor's location.

Instructor locations are assigned shortly before the class. The challenge is that we typically do not know where our instructors will be teaching until about 2 weeks before a class. This is because we schedule the same class at every location. It is not until we get into that 2-week window that review our registrations and assign instructors to high-enrollment locations.
If you have the flexibility to travel, we can help you get into the instructor's classroom. Here's how to get scheduled into the instructor's location:

• Register early. As soon as you know that you want to take a specific class, register for that event online or call us to ensure your seat in the class. Select the location that is most convenient for you. This increases the chances that the instructor will teach from that location—the more students enrolled at a given site, the greater the chances of having the instructor teach from that site.
  
  
• Call us a few weeks before the class. About twenty days before the class, call us to review potential instructor locations for that class. For popular classes we might have two or more instructors teaching from different locations. In most cases we should have a good idea of where the instructors will be teaching at that time.
  
  
• Transfer into the instructor's location, if necessary. If an instructor isn't teaching from your originally scheduled site, you can transfer your enrollment to the instructor's location without paying a rescheduling fee.
  
  
• Make refundable travel arrangements. Make travel arrangements to the instructor's training facility at that time. Please note that in rare situations, there is a chance that the instructor's location could change (if there were a personal emergency with the instructor and he was unable to travel to the high-enrollment location, for example). For this reason, we strongly recommend that you make refundable travel arrangements.
