NOTE: You must provide a photo ID and advise the lobby desk
that you are going to the 19th floor for training. You will not be admitted without
a valid photo ID.
Our training center in Midtown Manhattan is at 5
Penn Plaza which is located on Eight Avenue between 33rd & 34th Streets. It
is across the street from 34th Street-Penn Station and Madison Square Garden.

From the NJ Turnpike / Lincoln Tunnel 
- Take the NJ Turnpike to exit 16 and follow signs for the Lincoln Tunnel/New
York City (toll).
- Go through the tunnel onto Dyer Avenue then turn left
onto W. 36th Street.
- Turn right onto 7th Avenue.
- Turn right onto
W. 33rd Street.
- The training center is on 8th Avenue between 33rd &
34th Streets. (Tir Na Nog Irish Pub is at street level.) We're on the 19th floor
of 5 Penn Plaza in the Regus suite.
From the Queens Midtown Tunnel
- Traveling on I-495 West take
the Midtown Tunnel (toll).
- Keep left at the fork in the ramp
- Turn
right onto E. 35th Street.
- Turn left onto 7th Avenue.
- Turn right
onto W. 33rd Street.
- The training center is on 8th Avenue between 33rd
& 34th Streets. (Tir Na Nog Irish Pub is at street level.) We're on the 19th
floor of 5 Penn Plaza in the Regus Suite.
From the North
- Get to the Saw Mill Parkway
South/Saw Mill River Parkway South toward New York City. This roadway becomes
the Henry Hudson Parkway (tolls)
- Henry Hudson Parkway become Rt. 9A S/12th
Avenue/West Side Highway.
- Turn left onto W. 42nd Street.
- Turn
right onto 7th Avenue/Times Square. Continue to follow 7th Avenue.
- Turn
right onto W 33rd Street.
- The training center is on 8th Avenue between
33rd & 34th Streets. (Tir Na Nog Irish Pub is at street level.) We're on the

Via Mass Transit
Subway, Bus, Amtrak, Long Island
Railroad (LIRR), Port Authority Trans Hudson (PATH):
Subway lines serving
the station are the A, C, E, 1, 2 and 3. Buses include the M4, M5, M6, M7, M34
and Q42. This is the central station for train service provided by Amtrak, Long
Island Railroad, New Jersey Transit and PATH. - Take mass transit to 34th
Street/Penn Station in New York City.
- Exit the station onto 8th Avenue
and head north against the flow of vehicle traffic.
- The training center
is on 8th Avenue between 33rd & 34th Streets. (Tir Na Nog Irish Pub is at
street level.) We're on the 19th floor of 5 Penn Plaza in the Regus Suite.
