Citrix Awards ONLC Training Center Instructor
Top Honors

ORLANDO, FLORIDA — January 28, 2007— Citrix Education today announced that ONLC Training Centers instructor, Rick Townsend, had the highest student evaluation scores in 2006, earning him the title of Top Citrix Certified Instructor. The announcement was made at the annual Citrix Summit being held in Orlando, Florida.

ONLC Training Centers CEO, Andy Williamson and Customer Service Manager, Joan Good were present when Townsend received the award. "We knew Rick was a great instructor. This award validates that he is the best in the country," said Williamson.

"It was a great honor to receive the award. I was surprised," said Townsend. What makes the award particularly meaningful is that many of Townsend's students received training that was delivered using the company's Remote Classroom Instruction (RCI) technology.

A Win for Remote Classroom Instruction
"The fact that Rick received this award when about a third of his students were sitting in remote classrooms says a lot about our RCI process," continued Williamson. With RCI, students in low-enrollment locations link into the instructor-led class being held at another site. Special Internet conferencing, electronic whiteboards, cameras, and high-quality speakerphones are used to make the student feel like they are seamlessly integrated into the instructor's class.
