Magazine names ONLC Training Centers as one of the fastest growing computer training
companies in the U.S.

20, 2009— ONLC Training Centers was recognized by Inc. Magazine for their business growth. Results are categorized by industry. In the education category ONLC was the fastest growing Microsoft authorized training center as well as the 8th fastest education center overall.
The
magazine lists fastest growing companies based on revenue growth from 2004 through
2007. To qualify, companies must be U.S.-based and privately held, for profit,
independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December
31, 2007, and have had at least $200,000 in revenue in 2004, and $2 million in
2007. ONLC had a 49% sales growth from 2004 to 2007.
"What's
unique about us is that we have been in business for over 25 years and are now
experiencing rapid growth," according to ONLC's president Jim Palic. "Most
of the companies that made the list were smaller up-starts with large percentage
growth because they had small sales numbers back in 2004. In some ways, our growth
is more significant because we are a mature company."
The
driving force behind the company's rapid growth is the market's acceptance of
the company's Remote Classroom Instruction (RCI) model which allows individuals
to attend training remotely, yet still be in a classroom setting.
Andy
Williamson, the company's CEO explains, "Our goal is to provide convenient
access to classroom training to as many people as possible. We schedule our classes
in multiple cities at one time. Then students in locations with high enrollments
get a traditional face-to-face, instructor-led class. Student in low-enrollment
cities have the option of either traveling to where an instructor is or attending
from our local classroom where they connect to the instructor's facility with
