ONLC Training Centers Opens Facility in Hartford Area

New England Now Has 8 ONLC Training Locations

EAST WINDSOR , CONNECTICUT — June 21, 2006 — ONLC Training Centers today announced that it will open its new training facility in East Windsor, CT in the Hartfield Executive Park on August 1, 2006. This will be the company's 8th location in New England and brings its total number of delivery locations to over 20.

Executing an Aggressive Growth Strategy
With this East Windsor Connecticut site, ONLC continues its aggressive growth throughout the Northeast and Mid Atlantic regions. Other New England locations include Wallingford, Connecticut; Londonderry, New Hampshire; Boston, Hanover, Holyoke and Wakefield Massachusetts; and Providence, Rhode Island.

These New England sites are in addition to the ONLC's other facilities throughout New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, DC, and Virginia.

"East Windsor will be our flagship location in Connecticut, providing convenient access to training for our Connecticut and Western Massachusetts area clients. The site will complement our existing nearby operations in Wallingford and Holyoke and will be our primary location for authorized training for vendors such as Microsoft and Citrix" according to Andy Williamson, ONLC Training Centers CEO.

Staffed with Professionals
Michael Simard is the company's business development manager working from that facility and serving ONLC corporate customers in the region. Michael is neither new to training nor the Connecticut/Western Massachusetts marketplace. He came to ONLC Training Centers after several years as a senior account manager in the region for CESC, a major training provider that closed its doors in the fall of 2005.

"Our site will have 6 training rooms with the largest classroom seating over 12 students," said Simard. "This is a class A building that has convenient access from Route 5 and I-91, making it a great place to train our corporate customers."

Fewer Cancelled Classes
In addition to providing private classes for enterprise accounts, ONLC offers a significant public schedule of open-enrollment technical and process improvement events. Classes with enrollments over 4 students typically run in the traditional instructor-led format. However, rather than cancel low-enrollment courses, ONLC offers students the option of taking the class with its Remote Classroom Instruction (RCI) format.

"Remote Classroom Instruction allows us to combine the demand for live classroom instruction across several locations," stated Williamson. "As a result, we are able to run more classes-over 90% of the students who register for a course at one of our locations are able to take that course at that location on the originally scheduled date. These class run rates are unheard of in the computer training industry. RCI technology makes that possible."
