ONLC Training Centers Expands—New Address and More Classrooms in Boston

Three Year Investment of Over $600,000

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS — November 1, 2007 — ONLC Training Centers signed a lease for a new training facility in downtown Boston, doubling its classroom capacity in the city. On January 1, 2008, the new site in the heart of Boston's financial district will open with 8 classrooms. This location represents a 3-year investment in downtown Boston that will cost the company over $600,000.

"This latest expansion demonstrates our commitment to the New England area in general and to Boston in particular. We expect that this facility will become the central hub for our New England operations." said CEO of ONLC Training Centers, Andy Williamson.

ONLC Training Centers delivers training at 8 additional sites between Massachusetts (MA), Connecticut (CT), Rhode Island (RI), Vermont (VT), and New Hampshire (NH). The new Boston location will serve clients throughout New England as well as individuals who fly in for training from other areas of the county. "If you have to travel to take a class for a week, why not come to an exciting city like Boston? Many of our clients have registered for classes in Boston because it is a destination location" continued Williamson.

We opted for a 3-year lease because we cannot predict our demand for classroom space beyond that time." said Cheryl Glow, lead Account Manager for ONLC Training Centers' clients in the Boston area. "This is our third site in downtown Boston and each time we've moved, we've expanded. There is a good chance that we will outgrow this facility by the time our lease is up in three years. Signing a three year lease gives us the flexibility to expand at that point."

The 10 High Street/155 Federal Street building is a class A office tower conveniently located within walking distance of transportation hubs such as South Station and Downtown Crossing. In addition, the site has easy access from major highways. The facility will be outfitted with Intel dual core processor computers with 4 GB of RAM and 19-inch flat panel monitors. Classrooms will be available for rent, with the largest room able to accommodate up to 16 students.
